Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms are beautiful overall, spacious, and clean, and I loved the access to the executive lounge with its excellent choice of complimentary food and drink. However, the rooms felt a bit dark due to the heavy-colored decor. The service was caring about my travel experience and the hotel staff were near flawless, though they dropped us off a distance from the main entrance causing a bit of inconvenience. The location was fantastic with easy access to local stores and a mall, yet being in perpetual traffic jam was a drawback. The dining experience was one of the best with plenty of options for everyone, but I felt it could be improved with more variety. The facilities were excellent as well. Overall, a good stay with some minor inconveniences.
